Paris, France – DJG Consulting, the Paris-based Recruitment and Executive Search firm, is pleased to announce the placement of a highly qualified and trilingual Business Development Manager at a prestigious global law firm headquartered in the United Kingdom.

The client, a leading global law firm with an extensive presence across 5 continents and over 50 offices worldwide, entrusted DJG Consulting with the critical task of identifying a talented professional to drive their business development initiatives in francophone Europe. This project represents the first collaboration between DJG Consulting and this particular client, marking the beginning of a hopefully enduring partnership.

The successful candidate possesses two Master’s degrees, demonstrates proficiency in three languages, and brings nine years of highly relevant professional experience in international contexts, making them an exceptional match for the position.

Drawing from our extensive experience in managing cross-border processes, we facilitated a complex recruitment journey by overcoming market challenges and fostering excellent communication between all parties involved. We presented four outstanding candidates within only a week of commencing the search process. Our consultants carefully assessed each candidate, conducting in-depth interviews in both English and French. Furthermore, the candidates were extensively briefed on the role, the company, and the project at hand, ensuring their comprehensive understanding and alignment with the client’s vision.
