Paris, France – DJG Consulting, the Recruitment and Executive Search firm based in the heart of Paris, is pleased to announce the placement of an Office Manager / Assistant in a leading Investment Bank particularly renowned for its positioning in the M&A sector.
This placement was executed within an unprecedented timeframe. The client approached DJG Consulting with an urgent requirement for a bilingual Office Manager / Assistant for a permanent position (CDI) on a Tuesday. On Wednesday morning, the contract was signed to launch a search on a success only basis. We immediately dedicated an A-team of four consultants, including a senior manager, to the project. By the end of Wednesday afternoon, the team had scheduled interviews with our client for four exceptional candidates. Our candidates were all pre-vetted by our team through in-person meetings, linguistic and IT skills assessments. Remarkably, the successful candidate completed the interview process on the Friday and began their role the following Wednesday, completing the entire process in just eight days.
The new-joiner is a professional of huge potential with an academic background spanning three European countries. They hold a Master’s Degree in International Relations from a prestigious European university and are fluent in four major European languages. Their resumé is distinguished by work experience in both the political arena and the private sector.
